Your Place to Shine

We’re always on the lookout for amazing people to step into these roles—here’s what they’re all about:

Developmental Services Worker

Imagine being the spark that helps someone shine brighter every day. As a Developmental Services Worker (DSW), you’ll team up with individuals we support—people with developmental disabilities or unique life challenges—to chase their goals and live their best lives. You might plan a fun outing, teach a new skill like budgeting or cooking, or cheer them on as they connect with their community.

You’ll lead with heart, crafting person-centered plans, coordinating appointments, and keeping the team in sync—all while bringing creativity, patience, and a big dose of positivity. If you’re a natural encourager who loves seeing progress and believes everyone deserves a shot at independence, join us in making every moment matter!

Personal Support Worker

PSWs are the warm hug our community needs. You’ll be there for seniors needing a little extra help, promoting independence and making their days easier with support for things like getting ready, enjoying a meal, or tidying up. It’s all about lending a hand—and an ear—whether you’re prepping a snack, reminding them about meds, or just sharing a chat that lifts their spirits.

You’ll bring kindness, a steady calm (even in a pinch!), and a knack for keeping things personal and respectful. If you’ve got a caring soul and love brightening someone’s day, this is your chance to shine with us!

Maintenance Worker

Imagine being the person who keeps our spaces safe, welcoming, and ready for the people we support. As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll be the hands-on hero ensuring our buildings and facilities hum along smoothly. From fixing a leaky faucet to planning ahead with preventative care, you’ll help create environments where individuals and families can thrive.

You’ll roll up your sleeves every day—checking equipment, tackling repairs, and keeping our properties in tip-top shape. Whether you’re painting a wall, fixing a broken light switch, or jumping in for an emergency call, your work ensures there’s no gap in the comfort and care we provide. If you’ve got a knack for fixing things, a sharp eye for detail, and a heart for teamwork, this is your chance to build something lasting with us!

Exercise Program Spotters

Help keep our community active and safe! Be an extra set of eyes during exercise programs to ensure participants feel supported and secure.

Trip Leaders

Lead fun and exciting trips for local community members to nearby destinations. If you have First Aid and CPR certification, this is a great way to explore and connect with others!

Telephone Assurance Callers

Sometimes, a friendly voice on the phone can make all the difference. Help us check in on community members, brighten someone’s day, and provide a caring connection.
