Staying Independent while Getting the Help You Need

Growing older doesn’t mean giving up on the things that matter most—your home, your routines, your independence. In fact, with the right kind of help, you can hold onto them even longer.

At Carebridge, we understand that everyone needs a hand now and then, and it shouldn’t come at the cost of your freedom. Our senior services are designed to support your independence while bringing comfort, safety, and connection to everyday life.

Support that fits your life

Maybe you need a hand with meal prep or medication reminders. Or perhaps some light housekeeping would make daily life easier. That’s exactly what our Assisted Living Program offers—personal care tailored to your needs, helping you stay safe and comfortable in your own home.

Note: This is a referral-based program. Speak with your family doctor or contact Ontario Health atHome at (613) 745-5525 to get started.

This isn’t one-size-fits-all care. Whether you live alone or with a caregiver, we’re here to help you continue doing what you love, confidently and comfortably.

Meals that nourish, moments that connect

Sharing a meal with others can lift the spirit just as much as it nourishes the body. Our supper socials bring people together over good food, conversation, and even some live entertainment.

Prefer to dine at home? Our frozen meal program makes it easy to eat well with ready-to-heat meals delivered right to your door.

Transportation to dining events is available, too. We’ll make sure you get there and back with ease.

Getting around and staying active

Need a ride to an appointment or community event? Our transportation services are reliable, affordable, and wheelchair accessible.

Looking to stay strong and healthy? We offer fitness classes like Chair Yoga, Gentle Fit, and Tai Chi—many of which can be done seated or online, making them accessible no matter your mobility level.

Care for caregivers, too

Caring for a loved one is an act of devotion—but it can also be exhausting. Our Respite Care Program gives caregivers a break while providing seniors with meaningful support, companionship, and assistance with daily routines.

You’re not alone

Growing older doesn’t mean doing everything on your own. It’s about finding the right balance—maintaining your independence while getting help when and where it counts. That’s what Carebridge is here for.

Let’s make this stage of life one of confidence, dignity, and joy—together.
